Shopware 6 forms the technical foundation of the platform: modular, flexible, and optimally adaptable to the requirements of a brand-compliant B2C accessories shop. The focus was on a clear structure, intuitive navigation, and high-performance product presentation across all devices to consistently support the customer journey.
All product data – from item descriptions to usage instructions – is maintained centrally in the Akeneo PIM and automatically pushed to Shopware. This structured PIM integration eliminates redundancies, increases maintenance efficiency, and ensures consistent data quality across all touchpoints.
An integrated product finder guides users step by step to the right care recommendation by taking furniture range, surface, and area of application into account – enabling a simple and accurate selection.
The HubSpot integration enables centralized, intelligent customer communication: from lead capture via contact forms to support requests, all interactions are consolidated in the CRM and can be evaluated in a targeted way.
This not only makes customer service more efficient, it also improves the analysis and further processing of customer interactions. The direct connection with HubSpot creates a seamless, data‑driven customer journey – from product selection through service communication to follow‑up.
