Challenge: Creating transparency and centrally managing sales processes

Hermes Logistik handles a large number of customer enquiries, sales activities and business enquiries every day. In order to manage these processes efficiently, there was a need for a central platform that would bring together customer data, communication histories and sales-related information in one place.

A standardised database for sales

The challenge was to create a transparent database for all teams involved and to map customer relationships fully within the CRM system. Information had to be readily available, collaboration had to be simplified, and sales opportunities had to be tracked in a structured manner.

Greater efficiency through digital processes

In addition, the aim was to reduce manual tasks and streamline recurring sales activities. At the same time, there was no centralised record of customer communications, which meant that interactions and activities could only be traced to a limited extent. A solution was therefore sought that would create greater transparency and optimise sales processes in the long term.
