Implementing an omnichannel platform in furniture retail requires tightly integrating online and offline processes. For biller, this means price and stock information are provided consistently across all locations directly from the ERP system. In addition, complex discount and promotion rules as well as display and warehouse stock are mapped, and product configurations from XcalibuR are transferred into the webshop without any media breaks.
