Scope of application

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.burgdigital.de.

Status of compliance with the requirements

This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the provisions of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG). It is based on the WCAG 2.1 standard at conformance level AA.

Methodology of the audit

The assessment of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment carried out in May 2025. The following test tools were used:

  • WAVE Accessibility Evaluation Tool
  • Google Lighthouse
  • Accessibility Insights for Web (Microsoft)

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is currently not fully accessible:

  • Focus indicators for keyboard navigation are partially missing.
  • Contrast ratios of individual text and control elements do not always meet the requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Some text and control elements are not labeled for the use of screen readers.

The removal of these barriers is being planned and will be implemented gradually over the next 6 months.

Enforcement procedure
